SoftBank C&amp;S starts Musio X pre-order campaign online!<\/h5>\n<p>On March 17, SoftBank C&amp;S <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softbank.jp\/corp\/group\/sbcas\/news\/press\/2017\/20170317_01\/\">announced<\/a> that Musio X &#8211; AKA\u2019s latest innovation for Musio &#8211; is available on its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softbankselection.jp\/cart\/ProductDetail.aspx?sku=4589631800013\">online store<\/a> for pre-order!<\/p>\n<p>Musio now has its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softbankselection.jp\/onlineshop\/campaign\/musio\/\">own campaign page<\/a> on the SoftBank website for customers to explore.<\/p>\n<p>Also available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.jp\/dp\/B06XPD111V\/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1490685564&amp;sr=1-1&amp;keywords=Musio\">Amazon Japan<\/a>, Musio X will be shipped to customers starting from April 14. The D-day is almost here. On April 14, SoftBank C&amp;S is officially launching Musio!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Musio X\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WKO2G1lwEfg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>2. AKA unveils the long-awaited SF novel, featuring Musio!<\/h5>\n<p>Exciting news! Musio became the world\u2019s first AI robot that has its own story universe!<\/p>\n<p>After investing more than a year in creating, writing, and <em>drawing<\/em> the story behind Musio&#8217;s origin and mission on Earth, AKA finally unveiled the\u00a0novel: \u300eMusio \u2160\uff1a\u96fb\u8133\u30e1\u30a4\u30ed\u300f.<\/p>\n<p>For those interested, the title of the novel reads and translates into as &lt;Musio I:\u00a0<em>Dennou(&#8216;Electronic Brain&#8217;) Meiro(&#8216;Labyrinth&#8217;)&gt;<\/em>.\u00a0This is the answer to what many of you have surely wondered ever since our major homepage renewal. (Yes, the mysterious\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/themusio.com\/musio\/story\">Story<\/a> tab on the menu.)<\/p>\n<p>The first episode of the story, Volume I\u00a0features the encounter between Musio and Meiro, and\u00a0series of events\u00a0following it.\u00a0The novel is scheduled to be launched together with Musio X on April 14. Musio Fan Club Get Together<\/h5>\n<p>Just before March on February 28, AKA held a small party just for Musio&#8217;s fans! We shared food and drinks, exchanged our opinions on Musio.<\/p>\n<p>And most importantly, we shared the special project AKA&#8217;s developers are carrying out: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=mIlQ0xWhdaY\">Project Dynamics<\/a>. Everyone loved the idea of Musio being able to move on its own. Musio English Class at T-Site<\/h5>\n<p>On March 4, AKA held a special hands-on event for children and parents in Japan. The event was held at <em>T-site<\/em>, a campus-like cultural complex of Japan&#8217;s leading book, music, and movie retailer <em>Tsutaya<\/em>. It was really exciting to see children playing with Musio and Sophy and learn various English words and pronunciations.<\/p>\n<p>Japan&#8217;s national public broadcasting station NHK also came over to film the scene! (See the video below.)<\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-video\" data-allowfullscreen=\"true\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/musioAKA\/videos\/1904306563186438\/\"><\/div>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>3. Takashimaya Musio Pop-up store events<\/h5>\n<p>Throughout the weekends of March, AKA opened up special pop-up stores in Japan&#8217;s famous department store, <em>Takashimaya<\/em>. \u00a0Many families who came to shop at Takashimaya&#8217;s Tamagawa, Yokohama, Osaka branch spent long time with us, playing and experience talkative Musio and what Sophy has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>Our Takashimaya event\u00a0will continue throughout April as well, starting with Takashimaya Shinjuku\u00a0and Kyoto.<\/p>\n<p><em>Click to see snapshots\u00a0of the Takashimaya pop up stores!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[masterslider id=&#8221;4&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>4. Musio participates in Slush Tokyo<\/h5>\n<p>This March, Musio participated in Slush Tokyo 2017. For those of you who are not familiar with it, Slush Tokyo is one of the largest startup and technology events in Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Many thanks to all who visited our booth! We were really happy to see so many people interested in Musio. (Our piles of brochures ran out so quickly &#8212; we&#8217;ll make sure to print out more next time!).<\/p>\n<p>Musio went through an &#8216;unexpected encounter&#8217; with Google, when we visited the booth hosted by the green Android.
