Not a fumbled transition. Not a missed discovery question. It\u2019s a rep \u2014 usually a confident, fluent one \u2014 stating something about the product that wasn\u2019t true. An outdated spec. A price condition that changed last quarter. Each claim comes back\u00a0<em>supported<\/em>,\u00a0<em>contradicted<\/em>, or\u00a0<em>insufficient<\/em>\u00a0(too vague, or missing a required disclaimer), with a citation to the governing document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Generates a targeted quiz from the misses<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 graded, citation-backed, and specific to what that individual rep got wrong. Not a generic question bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Records a certification trail<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 which claims were tested, against which document version, on which date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The output isn\u2019t a score. It\u2019s a defensible sentence:&nbsp;<em>\u201cEvery rep on this product line has been verified against the current catalog, and here\u2019s the audit trail.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That sentence answers the question. Nothing on a participation dashboard does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A five-minute test you can run this week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t need to take any of this on faith.
